Our Rubi stands for a fruity, light red wine. In the 2022 vintage from 50% Lemberger & 50% Pinot Noir. Aged in used barrique barrels, the addition of wood is only light. In the nose it offers notes of cherries and blackberries, in the mouth first plums and cherries, then pepper and spice in the finish.
