Roots 2022 (6 bottles)

The name reveals our special connection to this cuvée. It was the first product and represents the connection to the family origins and the beginning of the own winery - the roots.

The wine is independent. Certainly not “everybody’s darling” - it authentically reflects our handwriting. A. Cuvée made from 20% Auxerrois and 80% Pinot Blanc. Some of the Pinot Blanc grapes ferment along with the skins and extract more aromas, but also tannins, which are then allowed to round off and integrate in the wooden barrel. A great meal companion.
