Spontaneously fermented in a 300l wooden barrel, without residual sugar, this does not have the typically well-known Riesling character. Citrus fruits and fresh pineapple on the nose, with a touch of Burgundy in the mouth thanks to the aging in wood with a complex finish. Still young, this Riesling will open up even further in the next few years. Nevertheless, it is already a suitable accompaniment to Asian cuisine, or, for example, to veal in a creamy white wine sauce.
