Our first crémant.

A cuvée of Pinot Blanc, Gris and Noir and Elbling. Fine “bubbles”, velvety notes of white flowers paired with a slightly nutty finish, it meets our expectations of a crémant and is ideal to be drunk both at the reception and with dishes like XX.

Drinking tip: 8-10°C in the glass
